Terms
Cash on first order. On subsequent orders, the following forms of payment will
be accepted: C.O.D., Company check, Visa or MasterCard.
Delivery
Free local delivery with minimum order of $400.00.
Returns
All limited warranties are subject to pro-rated charges.
Any claim for defective merchandise must be brought back to Kingdom Mattress Co. for inspection. If your company is unable to bring the merchandise back to the factory, Kingdom Mattress Co. will pick up the merchandise on your next delivery.
No cash refunds. Repair, exchange or credit only.
Ordering
Orders can be faxed to (562) 630-8731. A confirmation number will be issued within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation number within this period, please call our Sales Office at (562) 630-5531.
Add-ons must be placed no later than 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) one day prior to will call or delivery date.
